General Objective

  • Enhance agricultural education and innovation across Asia through transnational cooperation and technology transfer.

Roles:

Set the strategic direction and goals for the AGRHI project.

 

Provide guidance and support to committees in their respective areas of responsibility.

 

 

 

 

 

Review and approve the recommendations and reports provided by the Risk Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Quality Management Committees.

 

 

 

 

 

Ensure alignment of project activities with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.

 

 

 

 

 

Monitor overall project progress and performance against strategic objectives.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The executive board serves as the governing body responsible for strategic decision-making, overall management, and oversight of the AGRHI project. It provides leadership and direction to ensure the project's success and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert guidance and insights on agricultural education, technology implementation, and risk management strategies.

  • Review and provide feedback on the strategic direction, goals, and plans proposed by the Executive Board and committees.

  • Advise on best practices and innovative approaches to address challenges and maximize opportunities in the agricultural sector.

  • Provide networking opportunities and connections to relevant stakeholders, partners, and resources.

  • Offer feedback on the quality and relevance of project deliverables, including educational materials and technological innovations.

  • Support advocacy efforts to promote the AGRHI project and its objectives.

  • Serve as ambassadors for the project, representing it in various forums and engagements.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project strategies and practices based on their expertise and experience.
