General Objective
Enhance agricultural education and innovation across Asia through transnational cooperation and technology transfer.
Roles:
Set the strategic direction and goals for the AGRHI project.
Provide guidance and support to committees in their respective areas of responsibility.
Review and approve the recommendations and reports provided by the Risk Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Quality Management Committees.
Ensure alignment of project activities with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Monitor overall project progress and performance against strategic objectives.
The executive board serves as the governing body responsible for strategic decision-making, overall management, and oversight of the AGRHI project. It provides leadership and direction to ensure the project's success and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:

Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools.

Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of project activities.

Monitor project progress against predefined goals and milestones.

Evaluate the outcomes and impact of AGRHI interventions.

Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to inform decision making.

Provide regular reports and recommendations to project stakeholders.
